To frame a digital photo, start by uploading your image and selecting a print size. You can then customize the frame style, mat color, paper type and acrylic using our visual frame builder which provides a preview of your finished piece. We print each photo, handcraft the frame to fit, and ship everything right to your door with hanging hardware included.

For framing artwork, prints, posters, documents, diplomas or any other physical item, you have two options: At Home framing, where we ship you a custom-built frame with instructions for mounting the art yourself, or In-Studio framing, where you mail artwork to us and we send it back framed and ready to hang.

You can upload digital images for us to print and frame, or frame physical items you already own such as art prints, posters, diplomas and certificates, children's artwork, vinyl records, maps, comic books, memo boards and more. You can even frame multiple items or digital photos inside our collage picture frames.

Nope! With our At Home option, we send you a custom-built frame that you can easily assemble yourself in minutes. Alternatively, you can send your artwork to us for the framing by selecting our In-Studio service. Here's the difference between these two options.

• At Home framing is our fastest and most popular option. Most orders arrive in about one week. You'll receive a museum-quality frame sized to the dimensions you provide, along with clear instructions and a tool kit. Mounting your artwork takes about 10 minutes, and you can even reverse the process if you ever want to remove the art or use the frame for another item.

• In-Studio framing is a fully turnkey service. After you ship artwork to our studio (using a prepaid shipping label and free packaging if required), our team professionally frames it and sends everything back ready to hang with the art sealed inside the frame behind a dust cover. This option takes two to three weeks and carries a small additional fee: $25 for up to 3 items, and +$10 for every 2 items after that.

Yes, and unlike many frame shops, we don't charge extra for it. Archival (or conservation) framing uses materials designed to protect artwork from acid, UV light, and moisture damage over time.

Every Level Frames order includes acid-free conservation backing boards and matting from Crescent, as well as Tru Vue framer's grade acrylic as standard. You can upgrade your glaze to 99% UV-protection, Non-glare or even Optium Museum Acrylic.

Yes! You can upload a digital photo from your phone or computer (click "Select Photo" on this page), then you can select the print size from choices presented to you (based on your photo resolution), and customize your frame to your exact liking with our online frame builder.

We'll print your image on premium archival paper using professional printers and archival pigment inks, ensuring excellent color accuracy, rich detail, and prints that resist fading for decades. We then handcraft your unique framed photo and ship everything ready to hang.

For best results, upload the highest resolution image you have and our system will let you know if the resolution is too low for the size you've selected. For low resolution files, you can even increase the size options and print quality by using our AI enhance tool.

Most frames arrive at your door in 1-2 weeks (framed photos, collages and At-Home custom frames). Our framing team crafts each order in 3 to 5 business days, and transit time adds another 1 to 5 business days within the continental US.

All frames ship from our New York facility with UPS, USPS, FedEx, or DHL (if international). If you have a specific deadline, you can let us know in the Special Instructions field at checkout and we will let you know if we can't accommodate it, and every order receives an email with tracking info as soon as it ships.
