Photo Frames

I framed several photos from some recent trips we took and they came out great. They have many more frame choices than other sites and the order process was very easy. I’m very happy with the final product.

Small Problems

I ordered a black mat and got a white mat which meant that every speck of dust shows up after framing—had to redo three times to clear. Frustrating. Otherwise, the product is solid.

Thanks for letting us know and apologies for the incorrect mat, Wendell. Rare miss for us but as mentioned, no problem to send you that replacement mat. We also include a micro-fiber cloth with every DIY frame which effectively removes any dust from the matting as well as the acrylic. Detailed feedback like this always appreciated as it helps us improve the service over time.

Absolutely Beautiful!

Ordered a frame with Artwork Size: 16.0" x 10.5" and Outer Dimensions:19.875" x 14.375" and it turned out beautiful. Couldn't be happier with the Sahara Gold frame and was really impressed with the website that enhanced the picture and showed how the final product would look like. Customer service was also terrific. So, glad I came across Level Frames by chance on Google. Level Frames is on another level when it comes to having your pictures framed. I found Level frames through chatgpt, and had no prior experience with them. I found their interface incredibly easy to use, the options plentiful, and was very happy with the checkout process. When the prints arrived - the quality of packing, frame material, and workmanship blew my mind. It truly feels like a gallery quality / archival frame. I will be ordering more! The only thing I didn't love was that the mat color was not super accurately reflected in the builder. Photo attached is a pic taken on an iphone 14 in Palm Springs on vacation.

Appreciate the feedback on the mat color; there are many shades of white matting but no way to show the exact tone in the builder because everyone will have different screen/monitor settings. Our main white mat is a very subtle off-white that works well with almost any subject matter, and in the Advanced Options section you can select different mat colors and plys. Great customer service!

Very easy to order the frame I needed but when it came it was not the size I ordered. Called customer service and they immediately realized their error and sent out the correct size right away. They didn’t even ask for me to send the incorrect one back. Everyone can make a mistake but not everyone fixes it right away. Great job! And the framed piece looks terrific!!
