A Special Frame for a Special Moment

The photo which captured my granddaughter in mid-air during a dance performance was posted by the photographer. I needed a frame which fit the unusual size and one that didn’t scream “look at me” rather than the photo. Couldn’t be happier! And she loves it as well. Customer service was great as I hand inadvertently sent the wrong photo. Quick response with no problem at all!

I was impressed by the speed and quality of Level Frames’ work. Their easy process of uploading the digital photo to ascertain the best frame dimensions and then ordering the frame among a variety of choices made the daunting task completely doable! Highly recommended!

Good quality, but a little pricy

If you look around, you can find cheaper for equal quality, but the quality is top notch.

Absolutely stunning

I was so happy with the final product. It was a gift for my wife to celebrate her graduation and I was expecting it to come sometime the week after but it came on the day of the graduation (so way quicker than expected) and it was AMAZING!!! It came out gorgeous!!!

Everything arrived perfectly. I matted and installed all the frames in our company's office on Friday.

First frame wonky

First frame as a little wonky. One of the corners didn't line up. I emailed customer service and they suggested I file down the corner that was protruding... I was given a 35.00 credit on my next order.

Appreciate the feedback, Emmanuel. This was a rare corner that did not live up to our standards. In cases like this we also offer full replacement if that's preferred over credits. Thanks for letting us make it right and have the chance do better on the next order!

Great job! I wish I had selected a larger frame, it was smaller than expected. Overall, I'm pleased with the framing!

Great quality and service. I just wish the printing of the picture was lighter. It was very dark. Much darker than the photo.

Sorry the print did not turn out exactly as expected - oftentimes and depending on your brightness settings, an image will look lighter on a backlit monitor or phone screen than the actual print. We color calibrate our printers on a regular basis so that each photo is true as possible to what's in the file.
