Fantastic experience

I utilized Level Frames for the 1st time... a very easy process using the software to pick the frame and color, then uploading the picture. Payment was easy and the product was delivered in perfect condition! My buddy is gong to love his Christmas present!! My experience was so enjoyable that I immediately purchased a second order for myself!!

Nice, but...

The frame looks nice and the At-Home Framing Guide instructions/kit were very helpful. It was quite easy to insert my art. The mat, on the other hand, was a bit disappointing. There are some light dirt smudges on the face of the mat that I was unable to clean. Also, the perimeter of the beveled cut opening has an outline that could either be the remains of a pencil line to mark the cut or could be marks left behind by the tool that was used to cut the beveled opening. These marks leave small, distracting “x” markings at each corner of the mat opening. Maybe I’m being too critical and perhaps the average person looking at this piece won’t even notice these items. Time will tell.

Worth the cost (I know custom frames with matting can cost more) excellent product with easy directions. I have often done my own framing, but we had a photo which was an odd size. I was able to easily put in the size, a mat choice, and BOOM, I got it in a quick and easy manner.

Having a few more matting color option would be great, but that was my only (small) issue. Otherwise excellent service and quality!!

Needed 20 frames for an art exhibition of my drawings on photographs and I know how expensive framing can be. I found Level Frames during a google search for floating frames. It was so easy to find exactly the right size, color and style on the site, even the no glare glass. The price was beyond fair, so I said I will try one out. Hum I thought I hope it gets here before I have to go out of town. It came in 3 days! I was amazed at how well made all the materials were, and how easy it was to just slide my work right in and close it up. It looks perfect. It was easy to reorder 19 more of the same and I even got a discount for ordering so many. Totally will be my go to from now on.

Custom Collage!

I was a bit nervous because I had never ordered from Level Frames before. They quickly won my business after I discovered I could create a custom collage layout - I was unable to find this option from other online framing services. I created and ordered two different custom collages to display my son's senior portraits. The frames were wrapped with care, arrived safely, and look fantastic! The Level Frames customer service from Kara was outstanding when I had questions about my order. If you're unsure about investing in custom framing from an online business, you don't need to worry when using Level Frames.

Excellent and Prompt Framing!

Our family moved into a new home and selected Level Frames to frame several family photographs. We are delighted with the result! The digital photos were reproduced perfectly, and the frames are exactly as promised. We were shocked at how prompt the delivery was, and can hang all the photos (in one of the gallery style displayed on the website, which is very helpful) before our extended family visits for the holidays.
There are a few competitors to Level Frames that we researched and we chose this company because the work is high quality and the price is very reasonable. We are very pleased with the result and plan to use this company in the future. We highly recommend Level Frames!

Fabulous experience and perfect frame

I love this frame so much, I ordered another one immediately. The website is so helpful. The frame was a breeze to put together. They even provided the screwdriver. Having the wire preset to the correct size was fabulous. Would like to see more mat color selections in the future.
