Good, but not great

Pros: The website was easy to navigate and use. The AI image edits were outstanding. The quality of the frame was excellent.
Cons: had trouble figuring out which frames can be used for desktop in which ones for the wall. The options selected and the price paid, I expected a framed picture not to glare as much.

Thanks for framing with us and for the detailed feedback, Dmitry! We do have a line of tabletop frames and you can request an easel stand on smaller framed photos, we'll take a look at how we can make those options more clear. For the glare, we have Non-glare and Anti-reflection options that pop up when you finalize any frame, let us know if you have any questions about which to choose.

Exceeded my expectations

I left a long review on Google so this will be short. Initially looked at Walgreens and Michael's but was unsatisfied with them as they could not compare to Level Frames. I've ordered 4 pictures the last 2 months and was more than satisfied. Online ordering was simple and along with AI enhancement there were a lot of picture and frame choices for my digital prints. Emailed with Kara who was superb, and helped me out and a few occasions. Especially with one of the pictures that had a mat problem. She arranged for a new picture to be sent to me and I didn't have to send the original picture back. Great customer service, great product and I wholeheartedly recommend Level Frames.

Thanks for the review, Ernie, so glad to hear that you were satisfied! Kara is indeed awesome, I will pass along your feedback to her. Look forward to helping on your next framing project and many more to come.

Awesome!

Had a digital print printed, matted, and framed for the first time. Super pleased with the end product. It was helpful to be able to see the image with matting/framing options before placing the order. Pricey, but much simpler than trying to do it all on my own.

High quality work, great customer service

The website makes it easy to choose frame and format. The hardware that comes to help you hang it was very helpful, and resulted in a perfect gallery. I had a gift card, and customer service helped apply it to my account to allow me to take advantage of a sale that was going on. Very fast service. Time from order to delivery took about 4 weeks.

They are Amazing!!

I absolutely love the frames!!! After I watched the video from your page and carefully put the first one together (and it turned out perfect! lol) I was in business. The other two were easy peasy. It was a lot easier than I thought to put them together and they turned out amazing!!! Thank you so much, they are definitely worth every dollar.

Nice work framing these (excellent) albums, Deonna! You've really created something special above your turntable here. So glad you found the process easy, we put a lot of work into the instructions and all of the provided tools. Enjoy your framed records :o)

Perfect Picture and Frame

I am so happy with the way the pic was framed. It is beautiful. It was very carefully packed and arrived in perfect condition. I highly recommend them.

Extremely satisfied with the framing

I ordered two framed photo prints from Level Frames and am very pleased with both. The print quality beautifully captures the details in each photo, and the frames complement them perfectly. I’m delighted with how they turned out and would happily order again.

Glad to hear it, Mark! Thanks for framing with us, we look forward to helping on your next project.

beautiful frame

Very impressed with this frame and how it arrived. It was packaged well, with great care and everything was intact. The frame itself appears to be very good quality. It came with everything needed to frame and hang picture: instruction booklet, cleaning cloth and spray cleaner, predrilled holes in frame, assembled wire hanger, hook for wall, bumper dots for corners and a mini screwdriver. Very impressive!! I actually found some of the supplies in the box after the fact. I don't think I've received many items/orders containing such a complete wealth of supplies one would need. Thank you. Very happy.

Thanks for the great feedback on our DIY custom framing solution, Debbie! We put a lot of care into making sure each frame arrives with clear instructions and everything you need to frame at home so that you can save time and money, and still end up with a gallery-worthy result. Look forward to helping on your next custom frame :o)

So impressed!

The quality of these frames, along with the attention to detail in the packaging (even down to the assembly instructions and tools) was absolutely incredible. I was somewhat worried that the glazed acrylic would be of a lesser quality than glass, but it looks every bit as good and high-quality as glass. I rarely leave reviews for products, but I was so impressed with these that I couldn’t help myself! From now on I will skip going the cheap route with frames from Target, and the expensive route with framing shops—this is the way to go!

So glad you had a great experience, Lauren! Thank you so much for the feedback, and nicely done framing this signed menu with our At Home framing kit. It's a great option when you don't want to send anything through the mail, and our UV protective acrylic will do a great job protecting against any fading or sun damage. We look forward to helping on your next custom frame :o)

Simple, Fast and Perfect

First time ever having one of my images framed. It was so easy to upload and see what my image would look like before ordering and know cost. This was for an exhibit so I had specific requirements. Everything was done to my specifications and it came fast and nicely packaged.

Thanks for framing with us, Karen, and congrats on the exhibition!

Level Frames - Super Product, Super Simple

I tried a few different online frame solutions for an animation print that I was giving as a gift. Level Frames was by far the simplest interface to use and helped me resize the quality of the image to make it a perfect fit. The turnaround timing was very quick (about 10 days) and the quality of the product was beautiful. I would highly recommend using them.

Appreciate the feedback, Steve! Animation prints are super cool and look great inside a custom frame, glad you are enjoying the final results on your wall :o)

Good product and easy to assemble

I found the product well-made and easy to assemble.

Extremely pleased

I am now a very satisfied first-time customer of Level Frames. To start with, the ordering process was extremely easy and straight-forward, and the shipping was very well-packed (something I was worried about), and arrived in a relatively short amount of time---particularly compared to custom framing shops. And to be honest, I don't see any difference in quality. No, the selection of frames and matting is not quite what you might find at a custom shop...but there are more than enough options for simple framing jobs that can be easily put together at home. The instruction booklet, and framing tools and accessories, made everything very easy. And, the final result was perfect...

Thanks for the feedback and for framing with us, Andrew! Our goal is to make it as easy as possible to frame at home and end up with something you love. Look forward to helping on your next project.

Better than I Imagined

The frames are lovely, well put together, and sturdy. Much better than I expected.

Thank you very much!

Immensely More Awesome Than Expected!

I took my picture with my iPhone X in 2018 and didn't do anything with it until now. Thought maybe the quality was not good enough to blow up into a 72" masterpiece that it became. THANKS! Level Frames for such a professional job, I could be happier.

There Goes My Hero

We picked up this lithograph in 2017 but didn't have it displayed until we found Level Frames. Glad we ordered. Quality materials, illustrated instructions, and a look that's the perfect compliment to this original artwork by James Flames. So happy. We'll be back.🤘

Nice work framing this incredible James Flames print, Chuck! So happy we could help you finally custom frame it and look forward to your next project.

Fantastic experience

I was in a time crunch and they were communicative and did a professional job for 1/3 the price of what I was quoted locally, will definitely be ordering from here again.

Glad we could help on this short deadline framing project, and look forward to helping on the next one!

An excellent experience

I’ve used mail services for framing in the past and had my artwork damaged. I tried level frames as they offered a do it yourself option. The frame is quality work and the assembly easy. Will continue to be a customer!

Thanks Sara, and nice work with our DIY frame! So glad we could help on this framing project and look forward to your next one.

Awesome photo & frame

We uploaded a photo to be framed for our new home and couldn't be happier. Both the photograph and frame look outstanding and came out much better than expected.

Thanks for the feedback and this great pic of your framed photo, Mark! Congrats on the new house, glad we could help make it even more of a home :o)

Couldn't be happier!

Everything turned out amazing! The lucky recipient even said it came well packaged!

Thank you for your service!
