Couldn't Be Happier With My Frame

We are very pleased with our finished frame photo collage! It was a gift to my husband for our 40th anniversary. It is exactly what I was hoping for. Kara, you made the process so easy, pleasant and efficient! I also greatly appreciated you holding my order for shipping until we were home from our vacation. I didn’t even need to follow up upon our return as I received a notice from UPS/FedEx that my order was on it’s way as promised.

Needless to say, I will be turning to you for future projects.

We used Level Frames to frame some of our wedding photos to hang in our home. Customer service was super helpful when we were building our cart, our frames arrived super fast, and the quality is beautiful! We will certainly be ordering again next time we need frames.

AMAZING - Every detail was considered

I was a tad leery of dropping $250 on a custom frame from a company I hadn't worked with before ... and also not sure about non-glass protection. The alternative was to bring my piece to a local frame shot (which would have been over $500) so I decided to give it a go.

This was THE MOST pleasant customer experience I have had in recent years. Ordering was simple and streamline - the process game me a lot of confidence. The frame came two days later and the process to add my art and hang it was so simple and easy. They give you everything you need - from a mini screw driver, to mounting bubbles, to pre-drilled holes for the mounting assemble (measured perfectly BTW). Amazing!

That's what we love to hear, Jennifer! Many years of learning have gone into our DIY framing at home kits to give your the same result as a custom frame shop at a fraction of the price (and way less time spent).

Arrived quickly and extremely well-packaged

My #1 concern ordering framed art online is the packaging it gets sent in. I can safely say it took me longer to unpack this item than any other I've ordered. I was packed so thoroughly it took me a good bit of careful effort to actually unpack it. So kudos to Level Frames for that. The art and frame look great on the wall, all is good. Will order from them again.

Great job at a fair price

This is the 5th photo (shown) I’ve had framed by levelframes.com, and I’m very impressed with the quality, and the speed of delivery every time. The picture was in a very nice frame and it came to me in great condition. The only thing is, I expected something even more expensive looking as far as the pictures.
