After seeing the ad for another company I went on their website but I thought the frame choices were too vast and confusing. Level had beautiful, relevant frames and the choices were simple and logical. The price was reasonable so I gave one a try. Wow! Not only was it fast, but it was absolutely beautiful. The frame arrived in excellent condition. This is a quality product with outstanding craftsmanship. The frame arrived days before the projected delivery date and the customer service team responded quickly to all of my questions prior to placing my order. I highly recommend Level Frames.

The designing process was very easy and the photo/frame turned out beautifully!
I am especially impressed by the quick turnaround. Being the procrastinator I am, it took me several weeks to decide on a proper size to order; finally ended up ordering 12 days before my one year anniversary and just hoped it would arrive on time but not holding my breath, but it arrived 5 days later to my amazement!
It was packaged nicely to prevent damage and arrived in one piece.

I knew absolutely nothing about this company. I received a frame that was very carefully packaged, came with everything I needed to mount it and generally felt like a solid product made and shipped by thoughtful people. If I need another frame I will use them.

Picture quality turned out great and frame was top notch. It’s a bit on the pricey side as frames get larger but since the quality was good I can’t complain about the price point.

Great frame and packaging

Loved the frame. It was a birthday present for my wife and she loved it. It was wrapped really well and had max protection. I would definitely use this service again for any future framing projects.
