The framed pictures arrived incredibly well packaged and the pictures looked exactly like they showed as I was creating them. Wanted to memorialize my 10 year-old grandaughters art. Very happy with the final product.

Picture is great. Time it took to get it, not so much

I would like to recommend Level Frames- bought 2 frames and they were flawless - well made, perfect, and done so fast! Also, the box they came in were completely protected! So well done!

The perfect blend of quality and value

I love my artwork and want to see it diplayed proudly in quality frames that will last. Unfortunately, local frame shops are cost prohibitive. Level Frames is the absolute ideal solution. I just wish I had found them sooner. Excellent customer service as well. 10/10 would recommend.

Good quality, I am satisfied

The frame arrived in good condition. I was impressed by the packaging; I doubt the shippers could have damaged the frame had they tried to. I am pleased with the frame now that it is on my wall. If I have need for a custom frame in the future I will probably come back here.

Excellent Work On A Photo Printed From Social Media

Level Frames did a great job on a last minute gift. The photo was a very old photo that was photographed with a camera and uploaded to social media. I was concerned that the print they made would be pixelated, but they printed it and assured me it was a clear and beautiful and they were right!

Fantastic Products and Customer Service

We ordered a frame to commemorate our son's State Championship baseball win. When we received the frame, there was an issue with one of the frame points poking in front of the mat. We popped it back into place but it left a visible mark. Customer Service immediately sent a free replacement. Very impressive service and we love the finished product. It's a keepsake our son will cherish for many years! Highly recommend Level Frames!

Amazing customer service

Not only was the finished product everything I hoped it would be (print quality, framing, packaging) but Kara was able to expedite an order so that I could meet exhibition deadline by an extra day, greatly reducing my stress level!
