Better Quality Than Most

I've ordered my share of substandard frames and the frame I ordered from Level Frames was much better, made with real wood and manufactured to last more than a few seconds. I'm impressed and will order another. Worth the price.

Pretty good

It looks real nice hanging up. I did have an issue when attaching the D-rings on back. One side screwed in nicely. The other side the screw just spun around like the hole was too big to engage. I used some wood glue to attach the screw and it seems to be holding for now. Hope it works. It does look nicely done hanging on the wall.

Easy service, nice product 9/10 would recommend.

I recently ordered two framed images from LevelFrames.com, my first time using the service, and I was really happy overall. The process was smooth and intuitive, and everything arrived as expected.

That said, I have two small notes for future improvement:

I wish they accepted TIFF files, so I could submit images at maximum quality.

The "glass" used has a slightly matte finish, which subtly softens the sharpness of the image underneath. Had I known that in advance, I might have edited my images a bit differently to compensate.

Still, in the end, I’m a happy customer and would definitely use Level again.

The glaze you selected is our Non-glare UV acrylic which does have a matte coating to diffuse the light and can slightly soften the image when viewed up close and at an angle. We didn’t want to leave our print with strangers. My wife chanced upon your website and we took a look around. It was easy to choose the mat and frame colors and sizes for the elevated mounting style. The instruction book made putting it all together a ‘piece of cake’ as they say. And having the hanging hardware included meant we didn’t have to search for just the right stuff. We’re thrilled to have this print safely displayed! Thank you!

And yes, customers can send items ti us for framing, but our DIY frame at home option is great when you don't want to send a print through the mail or let it out of your sight. Loving this frame

First time I used Level frames. I couldn’t be happier with them. Josh reaching out to verify measurements for a perfect fit was awesome. Good customer support is hard to come by these days so I will def be buying from them again. The product and non glare glass is worth the price paid. Highly recommend.

Simple Process

The process was simple, although the picture color was completely saturated, even though it was taken with a iPhone. Not satisfied, given the cost.
