After placing my order, I realized that I wasn’t really getting the size that I wanted. My son had recently passed away and I really wanted to get this picture right. When I called, I received outstanding service in making the changes to the frame. I also received a refund due the change. I was not expecting that but was pleased. The kindness and professionalism extended was first rate.

Great quality and so smartly packaged making assembling a success. Really appreciate the thought put into the whole product from cuts in the mat to the screwdriver and glass cloth included. Would highly recommend for the experienced or novice framer. Feels great to have our art on the wall!

The frame itself is nice but shallow for canvas.

Our DIY kits for custom framing at home are mainly for paper and other 2D items, but you can remove one of the extra backing boards for a board or something on canvas that has a little more depth (up to about 1/8"). For anything deeper, just let us know and we can accommodate.

Framed our dog's photo, exceptional results

We love our framed picture. Wanted something special for our twelve year old therapy dog’s professional photograph. I browsed several framing websites. Chose Level Frames because the process was easy and the frame selection was exceptional. We were so happy to have the finished product in such a short period of time. Thank you for a picture we will cherish for a long time.

Got the frame and the instructions were super easy. ALSO! They provided everything you need even a couple of strips of the cloth art tape to "hang" onto the matte. My only slight problem was the edges of the plexi were rough (won't be seen so no worries there) BUT it did give off some flakes that I had to insert the art and pull out a few times to blow out the flakes, so don't clamp down your backboard right away, insert, turn around and look for specs first.

The way my 18 frames were packed, it could have been dropped off of the Empire State Building and nothing would have been damaged. Oh, and the frames were perfect
